1. Who We Are

100glasses is operated by AI TECHNOLOGY MARKETING (SSM: 202103234814, Company No: 003306034-X), a registered business in Malaysia. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean AI Technology Marketing. When we say "you" or "your," we mean you, the customer.

2. The Deal

When you buy from us, you're agreeing to these terms. We sell prescription glasses online for RM100 (plus any upgrades you choose). You pick a frame, give us your prescription, pay, and we make and ship your glasses.

Our glasses are perfect as backup pairs, additional pairs for different occasions, or replacements for your existing glasses. They are meant to be top-up purchases only.

3. Your Prescription

You're responsible for entering your prescription correctly. We make glasses based exactly on what you tell us. If you make a mistake and didn't buy the "Aiya Silap Waiver", we can't offer refunds or free replacements because custom lenses can't be reused.

If you did buy the waiver (20% of total), we'll remake your glasses once for free if you entered the wrong prescription. The waiver must be used within 1 month and is non-refundable.

5. Warranty

We offer a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects. This doesn't cover accidental damage (sitting on your glasses, dog chewing them, dropping them, etc.).

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include SST where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Billplz. We don't store your card details.

Promo codes apply to upgrades only, not the base RM100 price or the waiver top-up.

7. Referral Program & Credits

Your first purchase comes with a personalized promo code. When friends use it, they get 10% off upgrades, and you get 10% as store credit. Credits don't expire but can't be converted to cash.

We reserve the right to cancel credits or terminate accounts for misuse (fake referrals, promo code abuse, etc.) without notice, though we usually issue a warning first.

8. Shipping

We ship to addresses in Malaysia only. Delivery takes around 2-5 working days for West Malaysia, and around 5-7 working days for East Malaysia. These are only estimates and are not guaranteed. We're not responsible for delays caused by the courier or incorrect addresses.

9. Liability

We do our best to make quality glasses, but our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We're not liable for indirect damages (lost work time, eye strain from wrong prescription you entered, etc.).

If your prescription was entered incorrectly by you and you didn't buy the waiver, that's on you, not us.

10. Disputes

If something goes wrong, let's talk it out first. Contact our customer service and we'll try to resolve it through mediation.

If we can't sort it out, these terms are governed by Malaysian law, and any legal action must be taken in Malaysian courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We might update these terms occasionally. If we make big changes, we'll let you know via email or on the website. Continuing to use our service means you accept the new terms.
