At 100glasses.my, our mission is simple: keep eyewear extremely affordable (RM100!). To maintain these low prices, we operate with a strict but fair policy regarding returns and exchanges.

Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.

No "Change of Mind" Returns

Because our prices are so low and every pair of lenses is custom-cut to your specific prescription, we do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • "Change of mind."
  • "The style doesn’t suit my face."
  • "I don't like the color."
Once the lenses are cut, they cannot be reused.

1-Year Warranty (Manufacturing Defects)

We stand by our quality. We offer a 1-Year Warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

What is covered:

Coating peeling, hinge breakage, or structural failures due to production errors.

What is NOT covered:

Accidental damage caused by daily use (e.g., sitting on your glasses, dropping them, or your dog chewing them).

The Remedy: If a manufacturing defect is verified, we offer a 1:1 exchange for the exact same frame and prescription. We do not offer cash refunds.

Prescription Accuracy

You are responsible for entering your prescription correctly. We craft your glasses based exactly on the numbers you provide.

If you enter the wrong prescription:

We cannot offer a refund or free replacement, as the lenses are custom-made and cannot be reused.

The "Aiya Silap Waiver"

We know mistakes happen. If you purchased the "Aiya Silap Waiver" (20% of total order value) at checkout, we’ve got your back.

The Benefit

We will belanja (cover) a one-time free re-order for you if you entered the wrong prescription or aren't happy with the vision clarity.

Validity

This waiver must be claimed within 1 month of receiving your glasses.

Condition:You must return the original pair to us (at your own cost) before the replacement is processed.

Sending Your Old Glasses (Lensometer Service)

If you choose to ship us your existing glasses so we can scan the prescription via lensometer:

Pack Securely

You are 100% responsible for bubble wrapping and securely packing your glasses.

Liability

We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs to your personal glasses during transit to us.

Shipping & Logistics

Return Shipping Costs: For all warranty claims or waiver exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to our HQ.

Courier Liability: We are not liable for lost parcels, damages, or delays caused by the courier service during the shipping process.

If you have a valid manufacturing defect or are claiming your "Aiya Silap Waiver," please contact our support team immediately.
