Is it really just RM100?
Yes, with RM100 you get all the basics you need—durable frame, quality lens, carrying case, cleaning cloth. We throw in a hard multicoat as standard—that means you're protected from the sun's UV rays, scratches, fingerprints, and reflections. Optional upgrades are exactly that—optional. Only if you want them!
Can I exchange if I don't like the design?
Currently, we only offer 1:1 exchanges for manufacturing defects. You'll need to return the existing pair of glasses at your own cost. We don't offer returns for "change of mind" or "style doesn't fit" to keep our prices extremely low (RM100).

What if I enter the wrong prescription?
If you purchased the
"Aiya Silap Waiver"
(20% of total), we will belanja a one-time free re-order for you. If you didn't purchase the waiver, we can't offer a refund or exchange for incorrect prescription entry, as custom lenses can't be reused. You'll need to return the existing pair of glasses at your own cost. The waiver can only be used within 1 month.
Where can I get my eye prescription?
You can visit any optical shop in Malaysia or an eye clinic to get your prescription. Most shops provide this service for a small fee or even for free. Make sure you get your
PD (Pupillary Distance)
measurement too!
Do you offer progressive or multifocal lenses?
Currently, we only offer single vision lenses (for distance OR reading) to keep our operations simple and prices low. We hope to introduce progressives in the future!

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed immediately. You can expect your glasses to arrive around
2-5 working days
for West Malaysia. For East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), it usually takes
5-7 working days
.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/WhatsApp with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
What is the warranty policy?
We offer a
1-year warranty
on all manufacturing defects (coating peeling, hinge breakage, etc.). This does not cover accidental damage (sitting on your glasses, dog chewing them).
Are the glasses made in Malaysia?
We mill your lenses to your exact prescription at our facility in Johor, ensuring quality control for every pair.

Yes! Your first purchase comes with a personalized promo code. Share it with friends—they get 10% off upgrades, and you get 10% as store credit when they buy!

The 10% only applies to upgrades. It doesn't apply to the base price of RM100 or the 20% waiver top-up.
