• Prescription data: SPH, CYL, AXIS, PD (pupillary distance)
• Payment info: Processed by Billplz (we don't store card details)
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device info via analytics
• Order history: What you bought, when, and how much you paid

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

• Make your glasses to your exact prescription
• Ship your order to the right address
• Send order updates via email/WhatsApp
• Process payments securely through Billplz

• Handle warranty claims and customer support

We share your data with trusted partners who help us run the business:

5. Where We Store Your Data

Your prescription data is currently stored on your device for privacy. In the future, we may store it in the cloud (via Vercel/AWS) for convenience, so you don't have to re-enter it every time.

Other data (orders, contact info) is stored securely on Vercel's infrastructure (powered by AWS).

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your data indefinitely to provide better service (saved prescriptions, order history, warranty claims). If you delete your account or request deletion, we'll remove your data within 30 days, except where we're legally required to keep records (tax, warranty claims).

7. Your Rights

Under Malaysian PDPA, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your data
• Correction: Fix any incorrect information
• Deletion: Ask us to delete your data
• Opt-out: Stop receiving marketing emails/WhatsApp messages anytime
• Withdraw consent: Stop us from using your data (but we may not be able to serve you)
