Do I need a prescription?

For prescription lenses, yes. Type your numbers in at the Power step, or order first and WhatsApp us a photo of your slip. No slip? Any optical shop can check your power. If you want glasses with no power, pick plain lenses at the same step.

How long does delivery take?

2 to 5 working days in West Malaysia, 5 to 7 in Sabah and Sarawak. Delivery is free over RM120 West and RM150 East, otherwise RM6.89 West and RM13.89 East. Some lens options, such as progressive, tinted and extra thin, take a few days longer to make.

What if my power is wrong?

Our 'Aiya Silap' waiver comes ticked in your receipt at the review step. It costs 20% of your order, and if your power is wrong, we'll replace your lens FREE.

Can I return a frame I don't like?

Returns are for manufacturing defects only, such as coating peeling or hinge breakage. There are no change-of-mind returns, so use the try-on and the real photos before you buy.
