How it Works

Buying glasses online in Malaysia shouldn't be complicated. Here is exactly how to get your Prescription.

1

Get your Prescription

Visit any local optician for an eye test. Just walk in and ask to get your latest prescription. It is usually free.

Recommended: Manual Refraction

This is where they take you back to a dim room to test individual powers one-by-one until you get your exact power. This is the most accurate method.

Alternative: Check Existing Glasses

You can ask the shop to check the power of your existing glasses.Note: This reuses your old power, which may have changed!

Avoid: Auto Refraction

We do not accept auto refraction slip results (the one from the balloon machine). It isn't accurate enough, and we're worried you will be disappointed with your new glasses.
